Had an emergency and needed a simple nut. Sign on their door says "no in-store ordering" and they offer no assistance.
I contacted Jeff Ellis only a couple hours ago with an order for 13 different items. I informed him of some urgency in needing these items. He responded quickly and processed an order for me which I am picking up the next morning. Exactly what I needed. Great response and service!!
Excellent customer service !
