The trails were groomed perfectly and the event was top notch.
Incredible weekend of skiing. Thank you organizers and volunteers for the hospitality and fabulous event. It is a spectacle.
This was my first Birkie and I am happy to say, it will most certainly not be my last. All of the volunteers were incredible-kind, on the ball with water/food/energy drinks, enthusiastic and welcoming. From start to finish, this race is well organized and a ton of fun. Hayward is a great community and I can’t wait to visit again. Now...if only there was a major airport closer to the Birkie (traveling from the east coast is a journey).
