Office staff and technicians were nice to work with, but in the end, they could not service our booklet maker properly. After months of trying, (plus costly bills), we had to have them stop trying. One technician told us that this machine was "repairable", (this is why we kept spending money on it), and another technician told us that the machine is in very bad shape and should be replaced. We should have listened to the "other" technician.
