Very disappointed. Went in to buy a seat and was pushed to buy a new bike instead which we were not interested in and could not afford. The salesman made us feel inferior for only wanting to buy a seat instead of a bike. We were very embarrassed and chose to leave. We will not be back. Very disappointed because Trek is a great brand.
Staff was dismissive and reluctant to answer questions. Unfortunately would not recommend if you are trying to learn about bikes and aren’t very knowledgeable to begin with. Disappointed
Excellent experience with Adam and the rest of the Trek Naperville team on my new Domane purchase. Would highly recommend!
