Terrinle customer service. Staff isnt knowledgable of products they carry. Service dept scratched my newly paid bike while installing a simple accessory...didnt even apologize and refused to give me damaged discount so i can just take the bike home as i spent 2hrs at the store already...store refused coz its not convenient for them, offered me to wait for a new bike for who knows how long with no clear ETA from TREK instead, SO I Cancelled the sale...went to a different store and got me the bike SAME DAY! save your money and... read more

I’m done purchasing bike gear etc. I’ve been here too many times. And get the same unfriendly attitude. Which appears to be selective. I guess I don’t look like I ride. Off to Erik’s from now on. Or the Chicago location. Naperville sucks. And I live here.
Sean is very knowledgeable and shared with me all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my bike. I bought a couple accessories that will make my long bike rides absolutely perfect. Great selection of Trek and Townie bikes and a ton of accessories! Thanks Trek Naperville!
Recently I visited the Trek Naperville store to learn about e-assist bikes. The customer service I received from Sean was great. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, validating my research. I ended up buying a Townie , and additional accessories that same day.
