Adam K. was exceptional with helping me upgrade from an old road bike to a gorgeous new Checkpoint ALR 3. From making certain my frame size, seat and handle bar reach was perfect to assistance with accessories my experience was superb. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Would give zero stars if I could. My fiancé and I went to the Naperville store for his bike to get service. We bought his bike from a different store. This location is the closest location to us for repairing bikes. When we came in, my fiancé tried to explain how his chain snapped. The staff in front immediately dismissed what my fiancé was explaining and told him to go to service. When we went to service they immediately told us to return the bike. When I asked how much the repair would cost the service guy rudely answered.... read more
