Would give zero stars if I could. My fiancé and I went to the Naperville store for his bike to get service. We bought his bike from a different store. This location is the closest location to us for repairing bikes. When we came in, my fiancé tried to explain how his chain snapped. The staff in front immediately dismissed what my fiancé was explaining and told him to go to service. When we went to service they immediately told us to return the bike. I've been working on my cycling hobby since 2021, and the crew at Trek Naperville—along with their manager—have been an essential part of the journey. They’re excellent at what they do, from detailing to perfectly setting up my bikes. Whether it’s my gravel Domane or road Madone, they’ve always pointed me to the best equipment upgrades and served as my go-to LBS pit crew throughout the years. Highly recommend!!
Tl;dr If you’re in the market for a road or mountain bike, I’d go to a proper bike shop. This place seems to specialize (no pun intended) in selling hybrids. I spent the weekend test riding different brands of carbon endurance bikes at a few shops and saw that this store had a Domane in my size, albeit the model they had on hand was one spec above my budget (theirs was an SL 6; I was looking for an SL 5).
