Went there for a new helmet and walked out with just that! The sales rep helped to find one that fit right (I have a big head) and also ensured that it is what I needed. Steered me towards the right decision, matched my purpose more than my check book, and walked out quick enough without hassle. I plan to bring my bike there for service next.
We bought 2 bikes from them so far for a growing child. The other day was the worse Sales person experience. The tall guy we talked to was least interested in answering any questions beyond basic short answers. My daughter and I left with the Trek bike we could have traded in. There was no respect for returning customer or relationship vibe. He didn’t even take one proper look at our bike and offered super low ball offer for it. Walked in, no greeting, no worries they were taking to customers. Checked out bikes walked around looked at them time and time again, no indication of my existence. Kept checking out bikes, walked up to counter and waited, nothing. I just left, I guess they didn't want to sell me a bike.
Easy 5 star. I traveled from Chicago to buy a bike from them based in large part on attentive and substantive service over the phone. First class team at first class store. Delighted with the entire experience.
Service here is exceptional. Sean is fantastic—he takes the time to answer every question and addresses all concerns thoroughly. The team at Trek does a great job with communication, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. We’ve purchased several bikes from this location over time, and most recently had a Thule hitch rack installed on our car. The staff handled the assembly and helped mount it, which made the process incredibly easy for us. Highly recommend this store!
