2 man children picked me up from the hospital and were blasting music, sharing videos, laughing, yelling. Never once did they check on me and didn't walk me to my door. The person that dropped me off didn't speak English and dropped me off so late that my procedure was almost cancelled.

I really appreciate getting picked up on time every morning. I have not been late to any appointments since I've been riding with American Best. And your drivers are all really cool too..shout out Arthur

unfortunately, very unreliable, i ordered a round trip for my brother a doctor visit. first they called and asked if we can move the pickup to an earlier time, which we couldn't. once done with visit, there was no driver waiting on us, i called their office, (long wait time) they said 9 minutes the driver will be coming, which turned to be 45 minutes... you can imagine waiting 45 minutes in the wheelchair in the street with a sick incapacitated person. thank you but no more.
