Amazingly helpful!!! Did not ask for my business one time. Mike was more than willing to give me pointers over the phone as to how and solve my red dirt stain problem. Would absolutely reach out to him again
Rude over the phone. I have no interest in brining my rug to this place. I asked him if there was a way I could have a rough estimate on cleaning the rug because I have no idea what price range of cleaning a rug. $100's $200's? $300's? $400's . I told him I was aware he would need to see it first. He responded in a rude and sarcastic voice, " why would I do that" Both Ron's rug cleaning and Marrakech were very nice and respectful over the phone.
I bought a used fine rug at an estate sale. I found this business and contacted them. They did everything for me to get the rug and clean it and deliver it back and place it. Wonderful services, fine people, and highly professional and honest pricing.
