I picked this place based on a review below about them using for flowers being delivered to St. Vincent's Hospital, as I am out of state. Well, they were right! The flowers were absolutely beautiful!!
The Best Flowers & Service
We had horrible service from this place. They messed up not only 1 order but 2 orders! My husband works out of town and wanted to do something special for me. He gave them a second chance since they messed up the first order ..... then they messed the 2nd order up too! They lie and do not wish to compensate you for the inconvenience they cause. Great People, Great Service, Beautiful Flowers, - forget 800flowers.... These people are prompt have a good selection of quality Flowers. I can't tell you how LUCKY I feel to have found a Florist I can count on for consistency to get my order to my wife who is a nurse at St. Vincents. Discovered them through a friend on the way to breakfast at Cool Moose one morning.
