They tore my starter down and diagnosed the problem. Their quote was higher than I expected, but that happens a lot nowadays; the economy has simply made everything so expensive. In any case, I couldn't afford the repair, but to my amazement, they returned my starter to me without charging me a diagnostic fee. Thanks!

It's great when you can find a local business that takes pride in their work and treats their customers with priority and respect. I brought in an alternator to have clocked and tested. They had it done in a couple hours and I picked it up the same day. They found that my brand new alternator actually had a broken terminal, fixed it and tested it to ensure that it worked even better than new. I recommend this company and I will be back!
