The haircut was fine, but the follow-up experience was unacceptable. When I returned for a quick correction, I was made to wait while a walk-in was prioritized. During the correction, I politely mentioned discomfort from the razor and was met with hostility. Decided to give The American Barber Lounge a try late Saturday afternoon - what a great experience- wound up getting “ “The Gentleman” haircut. Easy in/out - will be a customer going forward.

This is my go to place for a trim & fade. Cut a bit shorter this time cause I'm starting a bit fresher. Staff's always extremely understanding and kind. Inside's got the perfect relaxing vibe, I'll always come back here.
