I went to Supercuts wanted to get a mullet haircut. And They messed it up completely. went to Scott the next day and he was able to fix it and got me looking right I know where I’m going from now on

The haircut was fine, but the follow-up experience was unacceptable. When I returned for a quick correction, I was made to wait while a walk-in was prioritized. During the correction, I politely mentioned discomfort from the razor and was met with hostility. After I asked if I was finished, while still in his chair, the barber aggressively shouted in my face, mocked me in front of others, and told me not leave a 1-star review — a direct attempt to intimidate. Decided to give The American Barber Lounge a try late Saturday afternoon - what a great experience- wound up getting “ “The Gentleman” haircut. Easy in/out - will be a customer going forward.
