I would like to update my review to a 3 out of 5. As a member of this gym for 18 years, since it was known as "Gold's Gym," I have seen many changes over the years. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. Often, there isn't any greeting when I enter or exit, and it can feel awkward when making purchases, although I do appreciate the polite and friendly demeanor of one young girl staff member. Perfect gym for working out! It's not a "bells and whistles" type of gym with coffee shops and massage tables which is why I love it there.
Best place for a workout when you want to work out.
