Our "Genuine Wood-Smoked BBQ" is prepared in the true Southern Tradition, along with hospitality that'll make you feel this restaurant is your "home away from home." First we dry rub our premium meats with our own mix of spices and seasonings, then we slow smoke them for 5 - 16 hours in our wood smokers right on the premises.
