At graduation day there was parking available and Handicapped space available. They had elderly people parking at the visitors info center parking lot. I saw 3 people crossing the street with walkers and one on a wheel chair. I confronted the event parking attendant I told them they were out of line. One of them jerks said they need the exercise.
