Shout out to Tracy Ransom-Evans, her husband and son at American Automotive in Greentown on Main Street!! On Tuesday I had posted my disappointment with my vehicle smoking and antifreeze shooting up from engine. They walked the few blocks down to my vehicle, diagnosed it right away, changed a radiator hose at their shop and brought it back to me... honestly, our family is more than thankful that we have mechanics that we can trust and love the customer service!

Honest to a fault. I love these guys! I buy older cars and they need fixing a lot, but American Auto never just puts parts on for the fun of it... they always do what’s best for me as the client.
