I truly wish I could add additional stars to my rating. outstanding customer service both at the store level and customer service phone support. this was my first time using B&R and I will absolutely be back! quality parts, super helpful staff locating parts and easy pickup process. I went in looking for a part for my husbands truck and a gentleman by the name of JR helped me and he was so nice and extremely knowledgeable. He was also nice and didn't make me feel stupid. It is because of him I will be back :)
I own a body shop and called this place to see if they have the parts I need. The guy asked what is my rim dimensions, I said hang on just a minute and I’ll get that for you when he hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from an employee!
