Tim showed up on time and did an excellent job replacing my windshield. One thing I noticed was that Tim took his time and felt like he was treating my car as he would his own. I have had other companies out for other vehicles and they were a little rough on the vehicle and seemed to be in a hurry. I will definitely use and recommend them from here on out.
Tim did an absolutely AWESOME job on my windshield. He was very quick to respond.... came to my place of employment... replaced my windshield and it is brand new again!!!! Believe me... it was in bad shape. Tim thank you for being such a professional and taking such PRIDE in your work.... it shows!!!!!

Tim did an excellent job. He is very professional, keeps you in the loop of what’s going on and pays close attention to detail. He first had to work around not having the correct information on the vehicle which was my fault then poor weather conditions. Would certainly recommend him for any job On a side note I like your website as well. Very well done and easy for us technology challenged folks to use.

Another company was supposed to replace my windshield but they stood me up twice. I contacted American Auto glass and Tim answered the phone. He was very professional and courteous. He was very accommodating and met me at my house 2 days later. He actually arrived early which demonstrated that he takes pride in his business.
