My window on my vehicle was recently smashed via a lawn service company. The lawn service company sent Tim from American Auto Glass of Citrus County to my place of work. Tim was very professional and prompt with his service on installing my back door window. He also cleaned up all the glass that I haven't gotten around to cleaning up. Words can't really express my gratitude for this mans help; I spent 6 months looking for a company who was knowledgeable and fair to install a window on my BMW and couldn't find one. His work is premium quality and his customer service is grade A. I won't be calling anyone else nor will I refer anyone to other glass shops/ body shops from here on out.

Hit a duck with our motor home and shattered the windshield. Tim took extra time to remove the thousands of pieces of glass and the installation was superb. Looked better than new when he finished. It took a week to get the glass and he kept us updated the entire time. Very professional.
