Can’t support a business that supports a person like this...NOT TO MENTION...I had repairs done by this place a few years ago. This sad excuse of a woman was super rude to me until she found out I was the relative of someone she admires...then all of a sudden I was her best friend 🙄
Shittiest place I ever been for body work and never been here once
RecommendedWhen ever I get into a car accident American has always been the place I have taken my car. I have enjoyed their services, and they are always so nice at the desk and throughout the building. I even had something go missing not knowing if it went missing during the accident or another time and they bought me a new one! I will always be bringing my car here!
My experience was great! Great customer service, very professional. Very experienced technician doing the work. Shop was clean and well maintained. Office staff friendly. Highly recommend this business. Would definitely go back.
They did an amazing job fixing my car! It looks brand new and they told me it would possibly take up to 7 days but it only took about 4. Both receptionist were so helpful and made the process so much easier for me. I did not have to worry about a thing! I would 100% take my car to them again
