RecommendedI was rear ended on 41 earlier this month. The insurance company, for the guy who hit, me sent me to American Auto Body for the body work. Everyone was fantastic - from the ladies in the front office, to Christian who looked over my SUV with me, to the individuals who did the repair work. The job was completed in the time frame that I was quoted and the bumper looks perfect!! Highly recommend them!
Our car had the right back panel damaged and it was fixed to perfection. Also, when I picked up my car, they had cleaned it the best it has been since it was new! All this was completed on time and under the estimate of everyone else we had taken it to. I would definitely recommend American Auto Body. All's I want to say is thank you Jason !! This is a kind of a long story but I'll keep it brief. Dodge has had issues with their Ram boxes since the day they started back in 2010. My new truck is a 2018 but I am third owner, with only 40,000 miles. These box Lids have a tendency to warp and get dis aligned because they are made out of fiberglass. American Auto Body just repaired my SUV and did a terrific job working with the insurance company, getting the work done timely and in the framework promised and most of all did a fantastic job with the repairs. Regretfully this is the 2nd or 3rd time they have repaired my vehicles in light of kids banging up cars however, there is nobody else I feel more comfortable working with when the need arises as they get the job done right.
Today I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire. Harborview Road is a disaster, but that's another story😂. Since American Auto Body was not far I pulled in figuring they might call someone for me. From the second I walked in they were fabulous. The ladies in the reception area advised they didn't do tires but had me wait while she got the owner. I just had body work done here after being involved in an accident. I was highly impressed from meeting with the office staff in dropping my car off to picking it up in a timely fashion and meeting the owner. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The work done on my car is impeccable... you can’t even tell my car was hit!
