Having to make this post saddens me since our therapist has been so wonderful with our son, however the scheduling and administration here lacks professionalism and empathy. We have been enrolled in OT services here for the last 5 months. I have received late night and weekend calls/ texts to cancel or reschedule our son’s standing weekly appointment for “scheduled staff meetings”.
