RecommendedIf your a highly skilled welder they will and do take care of you. I am 42 been welding/working steel my entire life. I was treated with the most respect every starting this job and ever since. One of the few places that doesn’t mess with real welders or the pay. My first several months has been great and I’m glad to have a job close to home now that I’m older.

A $0.23 raise is not a raise. For the 5yrs ive worked there i have NEVER received a performance raise. They work their employees to the point of break down. Too many Chiefs and not enought Indians. If your looking for a job ...stay away from this place!!!
