Bad customer service.... never again
Manager needs to learn to treat people with respect, treated my mother in law like less of a person smh.
Disrespectful. The Manager needs to learn to be humble.
They know what they are doing and they have great customer service.
I thank Robert and the guys for their excellent work on my work truck. I went to 3 different places, American audio was the most professional, the most transparent, and the only ones who were interested in making my truck look exactly as I wanted it.
Very disappointed, never again nothing but lies and broken promises. ..
