AADOM is an excellent resource tool for us managers to brainstorm and get valuable information about what works and what doesn't. I had my 1st AADOM day experience in NJ and would take the trip again for the next one. Would love it if we could end up running AADOM days in all the states to make it possible for all of us to attend who can;t travel. I look forward to attending my 1st but not last conference this year !! AADOM truly ROCKS !
