My old hospital adhere to the AARC guidelines. The RT department have a monthly Professor Rounds followed by a quiz which we have to pass. This helped me a lot in my profession as a respiratory therapist. I now work in a different hospital and I do encourage my colleagues to read articles/ teachings from AARC.
