Took 200$ from my security deposit for landscape (which we did, but inspection was 2 days after), 80$ for 1 missing sink plug, and 100$ electrical short (which was an issue since move-in!). They are money snakes! Think before renting from these people. And THOROUGHLY do the walk through inspection, check all outlets, switches, take pictures of EVERYTHING prior to move in. They will jip you. Good luck!
I do not recommend American Associates property management. As an owner of four properties, I feel that their accounting practices are unprofessional.
