Took 200$ from my security deposit for landscape (which we did, but inspection was 2 days after), 80$ for 1 missing sink plug, and 100$ electrical short (which was an issue since move-in!). They are money snakes! Think before renting from these people. And THOROUGHLY do the walk through inspection, check all outlets, switches, take pictures of EVERYTHING prior to move in. They will jip you. Good luck!

I do not recommend American Associates property management. As an owner of four properties, I feel that their accounting practices are unprofessional.

My son and I was on vacation wanted to look at a property they had the lady at the desk when answering the phone she was not professional she did not have any recommendations other then forwarding my calls to whomever was supposed to show properties well they didn't reach out to us until we were boarding our plane headed back home so unprofessional we came seriously to look for a place the credit the money everything we were at the property no one returned our phone calls the property was 95 North Cooper Chandler Arizona num... read more
