I do not recommend American Associates property management. As an owner of four properties, I feel that their accounting practices are unprofessional.

I have been renting property from these guys for almost 10 years now. They have a Hugh selection of properties at some of the best deals in town. They have a great staff that has always been there for me. They are dedicated to their work and go out of their way to help. These guys rock!
my mom has been renting with them for about 3 years. it took 2 years to get the back door fixed, that Cindy the person they work directly with was aware of when she showed them the house (before even moving in) now the garage door has been broken for about 2 months & no response . when maintenance claims are put in , they get closed out as resolved & nothing has been done .
