An impersonal landlord that claims to invest in local economies has declined to provide the details as to why a unique restaurant in the region with 20 years of operation has been suddenly put out of business by the landlord's decisions. The owners claim a cultural agenda by this company, and I am inclined to agree after AAC refused to release any information, nor make any commitment to negotiation.
