I have relied on Duff Borsody's Tree Service ("American Arborist") for the past 20 years. He is well known among my neighbors as the go-to guy for tree work. Living in South Reston, we have numerous large trees surrounding our home. Over the years, I have hired Duff to tend to many jobs, including the removal of dead trees, pruning, and cabling. Called to get a quote for tree removal for my home. The person responding apparently thought I was pranking him because he didn't like my name. Quite absurd considering we live in a metropolitan area- not to mention he'd find that I'm of English descent if he'd bothered to provide a quote. Edit: changed review due to response from owner. Not sure if accurate, but nobody deserves to be dragged through the mud forever if a mistake is recognized. Cannot speak to overall quality.
