I have spent several thousand dollars at this store. Dropped off a saw for a 3 week repair and waited 5 months. The saw which was under warranty, was never fixed. Don’t waste your time. Was brushed aside as a lowly residential customer.

I went to the website and it was down. Then when it was back up I ordered a set of chipper blades for a 1250 vermeer. On the website it had the right blades (2-12" & 2-8"). They took they processed payment and then days later, when I asked for a shipping number, they informed me they were on back order for possibly 2 weeks. I sent an email asking why they would take payment when they didn't have product. So the response was "it was a mistake" and they will contact the distributor for an overnight drop shipment.
