I have not used American Arborist, but they removed a tree for my neighbor's yard. While doing so they ran all equipment in my yard and dragged the tree over my lawn. My yard is very damaged, we had to bring the issue to American Arborist's attention. We wanted to meet with someone to discuss the damage, and we were informed they stopped by and fixed it the best they could. My yard is still very damaged. I would like to thank Mitch and his team at American Arborist. They removed our huge dead tree in our backyard and trimmed our neighbor's tree. I highly recommend American Arborist especially Mitch. I would suggest before making a decision, call American Arborist and get an estimate. They did a great job of cleaning.

RecommendedI would hire American Arborist again. They trimmed our ash tree and small red bud tree. The price seemed fair and Dan seemed knowledgeable about what work needed to be done. The crew was professional, safe, worked quickly, and left no damage even though the redbud tree is on our small patio with house/garage close by and plants underneath. I totally recommend American Arborist and especially Dan Sundermier. Let me tell you about how wonderful he is. While working on a house next to mine, he backed his wood chipper into my fence and tore off several electrical and cable lines from my home. When I brought it to his and his crew’s attention, Dan assured me that it was my fault. Really weird that he would suggest that as the home owner, damaging my own property with his chipper truck was what I thought was needed.
