If you want to get a biased arbitrator this is the place to go, the whole process was unfair and most of these companies have the AAA on payroll. They are the ones that require you use AAA because they have a working relationship with them and will be bias. Stay far away from this place!

This organization is far from neutral and fair! Do NOT use their services!!! The Respondent in my case asked for an extension. AAA granted after my objection. I asked for the reason. Also if the dispute involves a company, it can threaten to file for bankruptcy and detail the whole process that took thousands in filing and lawyer fees to apply and setup. I consider AAA as another useless tool, except maybe for simple cases that do not involve abusive and manipulative Counsels. There are many around. They should declare party that files for protection the loser.
