I had a unprofessional experience here my claim had more than one issue but was for negligence and termination. I was in my one year to file for arbitration. My company lied they claimed they only got one email. Even though I sent more than one document and to the corporate. The company claimed negligence isn't covered even though the company clearly does say so. But that was not the only claim.
As expected, this company favors the corporation over the consumer. In my case, it was Verizon Wireless. Obviously, they don't want to lose their contract with a multi-billion dollar company, so they are going to side with them in the vast majority of cases. James Coupe was my arbitrator and he showed blatant favoritism to Verizon, stating he didn't "understand" or want to "waste time" on my case. Scam artist sent me a fruadulent check using this company as a front. It was a Wells Fargo teller check. Thank goodness the bank saw it as fake before I spent any money that had to be repaid.
