i want to share their appraiser nadine mccarthy should not be appraising properties in philly. she has no knowledge on how to comp new construction properties. if you get her as an appraiser… in philly.. deny her. she appraised a new construction for 430k. we requested another appraisal. one that actually knew the area and the market and the value came in at 685k. she collected $650 and did an awful job. we even provided her better comps to use and she denied them for no good reason. i’d give 0 stars if i could. you’ve been ... read more
