We had a fridge go out in our condo while guests where staying there. We are not local so based on a referral from our condo complex, I reached out to Bill and he replied right away. Luckily he was working nearby and he kindly agreed to come by and take a look. He quickly and accurately diagnosed our problem and was super helpful and responsive in answering all of our questions. Bill will definitely be my first call if I have other appliance repair needs!
