My refrigerator power went out. Ken - technician came to fix it. I said fuse. he said main switch and fixed within 2min and charged $320. But ice creams were not frozen at all. He came and put Freon gas and said "enjoy frozen ice creams after 24 hours and charged $200 more. Still ice creams were not frozen. He came and said that is normal. What a horrible company! Missed appointments, terrible customer service, rude, argumentative - actually called us liars. CONSUMERS BEWARE!
its a funny thing! my refrigerator is broken and I was looking for a repair company. I vaguely recall 6 years ago, my washer was broken and a company here in the desert trying to rip me off , overcharging me and doing nothing ( i bought a new washer).I was searching for a company to have come fix my current fridge issue and called these guys, I asked if they had ever been out here(not wanting to have the ripoffs back again), One lady put me on hold and a different one came back on, rudely and vehemently scolding me, "We wont... read more
Just had my sub zero fixed by a very knowledgeable technician. He thoroughly explained what was wrong, and how it happened. It turns out that my fan motor went bad, causing my compressor to overheat and die. Came back the next day with parts and fixed me all up! Great service ! Will continue to use !
What a rip off. Repair man came out and said I need a new water valve and the office will call with a quote, then charged 59.00. 2 days later I called for a price and was quoted $547.00. Called another shop and was quoted $204.00 including installation.
