This company is the absolute worst. The woman who manages the telephone and appointments does not have a clue what is going on. I spoke with her in October at length about a BOSCH Dishwasher repair. Gave her the case number and approval by BOSCH. She set up an appointment for 8 weeks out which I understand was normal because of shortages.
