This is a lengthy review, but if you want to save yourself time, frustration and money, read the entire review, because I guarantee this is not the first time this has happened, and I don't want people to have to deal with the nonsense this company put us through. had to prove the repair man was wrong on my viking oven. he told my home warranty the oven required a vent installed into the back of it. I had to track down installation instructions from viking on this 11 yr old oven to prove him wrong and ge the wo transferred to another company to fix my oven. took me 3 weeks to get it but proved him wrong

Warranty Repaired our Refrigerator. Also helped me with removal of some existing appliances. Helpful and Courteous. Will give them another shot for sure....

This is the worst company I’ve come across so far it was recommended to me by an ex serviceman. I had them come out to repair an icemaker they repaired the icemaker one and a half days later he was broken again so they gave me A letter stating that they would redo it for free they never did. . Then I called them and they said in the future all of the people that we’re taking we’re going to inspect their homes first and make sure their air-conditioning etc. everything is in great condition . Rude receptionist. Garbage service. Business refuses to answer the phone or call customers back. This outfit was assigned the work order for my washer on November 23. They came by my home the following Monday, inspected my washer and told us they needed a set of bearings, a seal and a couple of other parts. I did not hear from them again after that, so starting that Thursday I called the place repeatedly, leaving three voicemails and calling as many as 20 times in a row, never to get an answer.
