Ngl super unprofessional , so many Hispanic teenage workers just on their phones not really acknowledging customers, not at the front or check out ; had to wait for someone to come , just on their phones and gossiping and laughing with co workers, saw them around the store and thought they were just customers cause I couldn’t distinguish them from actually being workers. Even when checking out they didn’t ask anything just rang up our items. Workers that don’t wanna be bothered
Shout out to Faith and Ciera! My wife and went to Aerie today and received some of the best customer service we’ve had in a while. These two ladies went above and beyond to help us find different items we were looking for and had a great attitude throughout the process. All while zipping around the store working at lightning speed! Seeing these to ladies with this kind of work ethic is refreshing! EXCELLENT JOB LADIES! I don’t know what they are paying yall but both of you need a raise!
I enjoyed my experience and shopping purchases at the American Eagle inside Lenox Mall. I forget the managers name but I believe (Kristen) was absolutely helpful in my shopping choices. Thanks Again For The Incredible Customer Service!
had a really disappointing experience at American Eagle today. While I understand that technical issues happen, the way it was handled was unacceptable. The store’s systems were down, but the salesperson took far too long to communicate that clearly. We stood there waiting with little explanation, only to eventually find out that we couldn’t complete our return and would have to come back another time.
