The customer service is the worst part about this store, both physically at this location and as a company in general. From being unwilling to help with returns of unworn items w/ tags and receipts (psa: do not buy the pajama sets because they will not take them back if you remove them from their packaging!), to being unable to return items because the app doesn’t show the items as “delivered” for weeks even though I have them in my hands, to leaving security tags on my items meant to be gifts, I am soooo tired of giving thi... read more
Went in here on a Saturday and delt with a Hispanic male maybe 17ish, I asked him a question about a product and he just looked annoyed the whole time and I saw him talking to another Hispanic male also 17ish and they just looked annoyed and like they were making fun of me. This store seriously needs to do better in terms of customer service.
