Went in here on a Saturday and delt with a Hispanic male maybe 17ish, I asked him a question about a product and he just looked annoyed the whole time and I saw him talking to another Hispanic male also 17ish and they just looked annoyed and like they were making fun of me. This store seriously needs to do better in terms of customer service.

The young girls are very nice, but the older women over the establishment American Eagle and Aerie is very rude and talks down to the girls on the Aerie side. I saw them laughing and doing their work and she yelled and belittled them.
