The staff is incredible—so patient, even in tough situations, and truly dedicated to making sure customers are happy. Just when I thought great customer service was gone, these ladies proved me wrong
The customer service is the worst part about this store, both physically at this location and as a company in general. From being unwilling to help with returns of unworn items w/ tags and receipts (psa: do not buy the pajama sets because they will not take them back if you remove them from their packaging!), to being unable to return items because the app doesn’t show the items as “delivered” for weeks even though I have them in my hands, to leaving security tags on my items meant to be gifts, I am soooo tired of giving thi... read more
