blah Yeah, sweatshop free clothing is a great idea, but what most people don't know is that American Apparel isn't the only sweatshop free clothing company around. American Apparel clothing seems to be generally made of flimsy material, at a hugely inflated price. The staff isn't very helpful and the marketing tactics of the company are questionable. Located near the college campus, so it tends to try to appeal to 20 something hipsters. If you want sweatshop free clothing, I suggest doing your research and looking elsewhere ... read more
Sorry--I just don't like this place So, I'm the only one who doesn't think this place is great. Since I have to walk it by it every day, I feel I have the right to protest. This store uses sex to sell neutral T-shirts, gym shorts, skirts that can only be matched with neutral T-shirts and everything seems to be cut from one piece of tree bark. I see parents taking their kids in here and I'm not sure why... unless it's to check out the giant mural of naked bicyclists.
american apparel They have great cloths, i enjoy going there a lot. The people who work thereare nice and friendly and make you feel good about giong in there. The store is well taken care of inside too. the prices are pretty darn good also. I really love going in there. i love their cloths. It is a great place to go for great cloths.
American Apparel in Seattle? Yes! I love, love, love American Apparel. Not only do they have an admirable philosophy about the conditions and wages of their workers, but the founder is close to manic about making the best t-shirts possible. I've read articles. He is for real about making high quality, stylish, and well-fitted items of clothing. My favorite AA shirt is a baseball tee in green and turquoise. The colors have stayed true through several washings. It's shrunk a bit but has stayed nice and soft. A+!
Hot hot hot! These clothes are sexy, comfortable, and fitting. The store is in the University area which seems out of place. Never the less, Seattle is lucky to have a store like this around. The ads are absolutely hot by the way. I have a few shirts that I have bought online(before the store) and still love them because they fit well and built strong. The clothes are sweatshop free and have no annoying name brands visible. Low profile and hot!!
sweatshop free clothing I am so happy that American Apparel has decided to open a store in Seattle. They make fantastic clothing that is sweatshop free. Also, doesn?t have annoying logos on their clothing. You won?t have to worry about accidently advertising for The Gap here! They are expensive but worth the price.
American Apparel has a 3.6 star rating with 17 reviews.
American Apparel is open now. It will close at 9:00 p.m.
