Only went to Randolph for the amazing Dr. Cheng. Two stars for a terrible front office staff. With 15-20 visits the last two years I never once had a pleasant interaction with the front desk. They were rude and impersonal. When my beloved Gizmo passed the treatment I encountered ensured I will never go here again. Will see Dr. Cheng at her other office.
