Absolute garbage. Never had any issues with insurance for our kid until we had to submit to this useless business.

My son had an emergency appendectomy in December 2019. He is covered under two insurance companies. Neither insurance company paid more than $130.00 because they billed it incorrectly. I have been trying to deal with this since the surgery. If you have to use this company, which is the only company in town, I hope you don’t have this much trouble.
