If there was a zero or negative I would be there. Sent me a random bill about 16 months after the procedure was done for a samll amount. I usually would just pay but it just seemed odd. Called the billing department over 5 times, left call back number, messages and never once received a phone call back. Finally found a patient advocacy contact and corresponded with them a bit but unable to resolve. Worst experience ever.
This is a TERRIBLE company. Not a single competent person works here. They have been sending me the wrong bill for 18 months for something they DID NOT DO! I cannot say enough bad things about this place.

Never went there, but yet they're trying to send me a bill. They've also sent the bill to collections. They're a scam!
Have to agree with the other reviewers that dealing with this organization is a horrible experience. My elderly mother had a car accident a year ago and I am still trying to get her bill resolved. I have spent hours on hold, written letters, and repeatedly told that her bill is "under review" even though it merely has to be submitted to Medicare to be resolved. Just a miserable experience.
