Unreliable. Called for pickup. Told to expect pickup in two hours. Waited over two hours and called to check status of pickup. No ambulance available. Was told to wait for two hours more with no guarantee of pickup. Luckily this request was for a non-emergency. Called AMR. AMR arrived on scene in an hour. I will never call these guys ever again. Even one star is too generous.
Worst Service Ever!! My wife was transported to the Hospital by this mediocre company. Her Jewelry was taken by the EMT and was magically lost (stolen) because they never logged it. We tried several times to contact the Supervisors but they didn't do anything at all on that matter. They acted like "Well Tough Luck your valuables got stolen by us." These people are ridiculous. Hospice ordered the ambulance and these miserable excuses for humans have called me frequently since November and have made repeated threats. DO NOT USE THEM!
