On 2/10/19 a big kid fell on top of my 3 year old at quantum leap (on his birthday!) in Visalia and broke his arm right above the elbow, the AAV team was there with in 2-3 minutes of being called they were very helpful and patient with my little baby walked pretty far to get the car seat out of our car to take our son in the ambulance to the ER and they came back a few hours with balloons a little present and a cute card. Went in he office to follow up on an application I submitted weeks prior. Asked to speak to the supervisor and the secretary went to his office and returned and said “were not hiring”. Also asked to speak to him personally but he was ‘too busy’. Unfortunate this is the cities only provider so not much can be done about working elsewhere, but this short experience already left a bad impression of how they operate.
We’re at MMA fights where my son was injured they watched me provide medical aid did take blood pressure and charged me $498.00. There billing department was completely incompetent sent bills to different locations lost a check I sent in after they cashed it then were sending my son to collections will never allow them to talk to any of my fighters again or get any information from them.
