Abandoned us at the hospital because my daughter was being admitted. Needed to go home and get supplies and they just left us there with no resources. Terrible management. Supervisor just told the EMTs to leave. Very nice EMTs but the company is terrible. No humanity, just profitability.
I had a bad experience. I was transported by them from Memorial West hospital to Memorial Manor after breaking both bones in my right leg. I was unable to walk. They had to use a sheet to slide me from the hospital bed to the stretcher. After my claim to Medicare was denied because of the information the driver and attendee put on their report.
