The last time I called I received great service from a female. The guy today was not listening I felt rushed and he literally hung up and did not even say bye or thanks when I said thanks for your help. I will call the Fort Lauderdale next time. Much nicer!
They don’t deserve one start even. Worst airplanes, poor customer service. the customers service lady keep speaking Spanish to me while I don’t even understand her. I can tell on her body language she wasn’t even happy been at work. Another customer that was behind walked up to us N told her I don’t speak her language. And she got attitude like he look Latino. Than she asked me where I’m from. I’m like none of your business just do your job. I’ll never fly with them again
