The mortgage division is absolutely TERRIBLE. Anisleydi Castro, the “only” person in charge of mortgages in FL as stated by her, provides terrible customer service and her overall bad demeanor lead me to go with another lender. After nearly 3 days of sending emails and making calls to get in contact with her, the office in Dallas said simply to wait.
