Thank you so much to Sandy at the sacramento airport!! I made a stupid mistake and mixed up my flight time and missed my plane. After having several unhelpful and rude people, Sandy saved my day by actually having compassion for me, and making my $1,000 mistake, a $200 one. When I had asked other employees to check for cheaper flight options, they either told me none were available, or actually gave me serious attitude for having to check more than one option. It’s almost laughable the lack of respect they have for longtime customers, thank god for Southwest and Delta, take some notes from them American or you’re gonna be run out of business......no wonder your company is tanking. Shameful.

La peor aerolínea, nunca pensé que iban a ser unas vacaciones tan estresantes, ya que uno de sus sobrecargos me trató con muy poca educación, me entregaron mis maletas 4 días después de que llegue a mi destino, y para colmo me faltaron varias de mis pertenencias, simplemente no la recomiendo, ya hice un reporte a la aerolínea pero pues la verdad no he tenido respuesta alguna, no se que tipo de aerolínea es esta, yo pensé que eran más profesionales y que de verdad les preocupaban sus clientes, simplemente no la recomiendo ���... read more
