Please avoid American Airflow / Climate Plus at all costs! Very disappointed in them esp given their great reviews!! They promised that the boiler had been fully serviced by top technician and in perfect condition only for it to go out of operation in 1 week. Had to call a new guy and they mentioned that nothing really had been serviced on the boiler recently. Was gutted to hear that! American Airflow maintained my system for several years but I knew it was time to replace the furnace and a/c. Two months ago they helped me understand which units to select and WHY. I also got an air cleaner and Honeywell remote thermostat. My house is so much cleaner and the portable thermostat comes upstairs at night to keep my upstairs a comfortable temperature. Everyone there is very nice to to do business with.
Very quick response. Explained everything that was wrong, explained how they were gonna my to fix it. Reasonable pricing and great service!
