They arrived on time and took about two hours to clean all the vents, explaining that a buildup of dust had been causing uneven airflow throughout the house. After they left, I noticed a significant improvement in air circulation and a reduction in noise from the system.

The HVAC technician arrived promptly and completed the ventilated ceiling repairs in just under two hours, ensuring everything was sealed correctly; however, they did leave some debris behind which I had to clean up afterwards. Overall, a job well done with room for improvement in tidiness.

Compared to the last service we used, this company was more thorough in cleaning out our A/C vents, although it took them an extra hour to finish because they had to fix a minor clog they discovered along the way. The technician did mention they would call back to check on the system's performance but I haven't heard back yet.

I was initially concerned about overpaying for a simple vent cleaning, but the technician efficiently located a minor blockage in just over an hour and thoroughly explained the process as he worked. His detailed approach made it easy to understand what had caused the issue and how regular maintenance could prevent it in the future.
