We had American Air Systems of Conway, NH install mini-split systems in our log cabin, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Had a leak in a pipe from condenser to air handler, they sold me on a new air handler and condenser. Obviously didn’t fix the problem. The next year told me it would cost for a service call. When we fixed the pipe eventually with another contractor, the system flooded my attic and all down through the walls. Then couldn’t figure that out. Still not draining 5 years later. 2026 update: I have heard good things about this company recently, don't don't take too much stock in my experience from so long ago.
American Air Systems was quick to respond and very professional throughout the entire process. I had a new furnace installed and everyone that I worked with, from the initial furnace inspection and consultation, to the three men who completed the job were top-notch professionals. Thank you, Team!
American Air Systems installed our mini split 10 years ago. When the system recently started showing signs of declining cooling, American responded quickly. Caleb, technician, was courteous, professional and friendly. He analyzed the issues, the system and determined best course of action. System is performing great again.
They do my yearly maintenance on both my mini-splits. Always clean and professional. Called them on am issue on a Tuesday and they came on a Wednesday. It was on July 8th and they were here and fixed the problem on July 9th. Talk about great customer service. Thank you!!!
