One year update: American Air's customer service remains the best! They performed my first yearly cleaning and after they left I thought the vanes weren't closing all the way--I was wrong--but less than an hour after I emailed, I had received a response and less than two hours after that a technician had arrived at my house to take a look. And this is service they are providing a year after they installed the mini split! I recently purchased from and had a mini split heat unit installed by American Air Systems and I can't say enough good things about the experience from the very beginning to the very end! Everyone there that I had contact with was the absolute best, John, Vicki, Robert, Tyler, Vartan and Alex. Yes, a whole crew of folks from American Air Systems helping me.
