American Air Systems was quick to respond and very professional throughout the entire process. I had a new furnace installed and everyone that I worked with, from the initial furnace inspection and consultation, to the three men who completed the job were top-notch professionals. Thank you, Team!
American Air Systems installed our mini split 10 years ago. When the system recently started showing signs of declining cooling, American responded quickly. Caleb, technician, was courteous, professional and friendly. He analyzed the issues, the system and determined best course of action. System is performing great again.
They do my yearly maintenance on both my mini-splits. Always clean and professional. Called them on am issue on a Tuesday and they came on a Wednesday. It was on July 8th and they were here and fixed the problem on July 9th. Talk about great customer service. Thank you!!!
One year update: American Air's customer service remains the best! They performed my first yearly cleaning and after they left I thought the vanes weren't closing all the way--I was wrong--but less than an hour after I emailed, I had received a response and less than two hours after that a technician had arrived at my house to take a look.
