We have used American Air Systems for quite a while now for multiple air conditioning needs. Every time we call the office, the person who initially speaks to us is very friendly and always willing to help. Each person who comes to our house is the same way. They are beyond friendly and will explain things on a level we can understand. This is hands down one of the best companies to deal with.
Amazing service! They arrive super fast, even on same day calls! Would definitely choose them again for any of our air system needs. Highly recommend!
American Air employee's have got their stuff together. The most polite hard working, group of young men I have ever met. They come prepared and have everything they need to do the job. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
As a follow-up to my recent 5 star review of American Air, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I recently had to call them for a problem I was having with my emergency drain line to my AC. It was a tricky problem to diagnose, which required a couple of visits. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness, and their determination to get the problem diagnosed and to provide resolution. They helped me out tremendously and on a Sunday for a fair price! Will be calling them only from now on if I need HVAC repairs!
